Necrophites are no longer the kaijin of the story,but they are still in. Zombies can only be so much of a threat after all. I think I have the solution. I think we can have an episode when ANT had to replace the Nanobot factory inside him. Dun forget the RAM had captured some of Cyberdyne equipment and thus managed to find out what turned ANT into what he is. For Cosmos I would say you try the Covenant mix with the aliens from Independence day. They probably looking for new planets to stripmine and then move on. To rope in the history of Kabuto, perhaps the Natives and Worms were victims. Perhaps you can make the humans join an alien alliance with the Natives to defeat.
