Not really art but something I did. Took me alittle over a month to do with an hour a day, each day.

Basically this originally started when I was looking on the internet looking for a line drawing of the Prometheus. Every single one of them either plain sucked, inaccurate as hell or super duper tiny. So in the end, I decided to make my own. I took screenshot of all of the episodes which amounted to about only 65 pictures and used them. Unfortunately, there has been a few different CGI models of the Prometheus over the years. Each different espeically the last eepisode where it was destroyed.

Anyway, during this I found out that the Prometheus does not have a length of 195 meters like Wiki states, but more in line between 330 meters to 450 meters in length. This is so the 302 (fighter) can fit inside the pods. 330 meters being the absolute minimum and 450 meters roughly showing in scene in Season 9's Ethon. Where it appeared that two 302's can fit nearly side by side in the front opening.

Here is a size comparison:

I am currently working on the Daedalus class which should be much easier.

They look great but the top view actually looks like the deadalus class.

No not really. You have remember the Prometheus has a U-shaped superstructure around the main one. Whereas the Daedalus class is solid mostly flat. In fact the Prometheus is taller but the Daedalus class is wider. I am not entirely convinced the Daedalus class is longer anymore. Going by the visuals at least.
