I just got a copy of the newly released Witchblade series...i must say it is pretty interesting and fully charged with violence and of course all the suggestive meanings the Witchblade title is made of. They actually made it a bit different this time in that the whole concept is based on the Witchblade's cravings for battle and how its effects on its hosts emotions to the point the women get extreme pleasure (sexually charged of course) the more they fight. I won't spoil it but i think its definately worth a spot on your dvd collection. I believe the second volume is to be released in November at some point.

I'll probably get this eventually since I am a fan of the original comics from Top Cow.

I have the manga version of it and I do plan on getting the anime as well.
