Individually Bio- Boosted Body Parts

Featured Replies

Don't all descend on me if I sound dumb for saying this, but what if someone with the ability to turn into the Guyver could individually bio- boost a single part of their body(or more if they wanted) with the control metal somewhere on the bio- boosted body part? Do I smell an impossibility, or is it possible with one weird unit?

Well in the world of fan fiction you can do just about anything you want.

Though going with cannon, from Manga, units no. The unit doesn't only go on the host it merges, organs get either replaced or regressed (basically removed) as well as new organs which are part of the unit such as the gravity based kinetic momentum enhancers at the major joints are implanted.

Not to mention many parts of the unit need to work together such as the gravity controller, in addition to controlling gravitational energy, also syphons energy from the boost dimension to suppliment the unit's energy reserves and explains its ability to regenerate no matter how much damage is incurred so long as the CM survives intact. So much of the unit would not work as well without that part of the unit.

So just having a part of the unit on without the rest would not really work. Not to mention at the minimum you would need the CM since it is what allows the host to control the unit and it has tendrils that reach right into the host brain.

But you can always go with fan fic speciallized (weird) unit.

Something that can adapt to partial mergers without killing the host in the process by either taking over the function of the regressed organs or keeping them in place until the unit has fully activated.

Alternatively you can go the way of W'Kar from GWOTG fan fic, which basically has the unit on but cloaks it to look like cloths, etc. Basically the Venom type chameleon effect.

Or you can have a speciallized host that can allow the unit to do things it can't do on a normal human host.

Or you can go with the movie version of the unit which stored itself inside of the host instead of in the Boost Dimension (Hyper Space) like the anime and manga has it.

In which case the speciallized (weird unit) could basically just zoaform the host as needed.

In the new anime series for example it has been shown zoaforms can partially transform, like Malmut (which btw means guinee pig in some other language that someone looked up and found out about on theGuyver.net board-Think it was that board's founder Drag-5) when he just bulked up slightly. Similarly Murikami bulked up his arm just before firing the Zoabuster, another Zoanoid had tentacles rip out of his suite without him fully transforming first.

So the idea is already implanted in official sources.

Perhaps the unit could be Chronos attempt at recreating a Guyver?

Or an experimental unit the Creators never used or maybe a prototype the actual unit before they mastered dimensional shifting needed to store the unit in the boost dimension.

There are many ways to use the idea in any case if you ever want to do a fan fiction on the idea.

I agree with zeo. The classic picture of Guyver 1 removing the left air vent to see Sho's face would technically impossible. It would be like removing your skin to show your skull underneath. It would extremely painful.

Additionally, in fanfic you could always say the armor and host have such a bond to each other he can bio boost any part of his/her body at will and remove parts at will. I have created a character like that myself.

Take a look at GWotG, various Guyvers have been shown to remove the armor from their heads at will. But again that's a fanfic.

Yah, the W'akr can woot, woot. Cool huh the woot, woot.
