Guest Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 I was kind of disappointed with the bonus feature of the dvd I would have liked to have seen deleted sceens, and maybe a teaser of Van hellsing 2. However this did not happen! Quote
Guest Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 Well, my fiancee will not be happy. Nor will any of the other girls of the house. They wanted the alternate ending. The one without the cg clothes put on Hugh Jackman from when he transformed from wolf back to human. They were really looking forward to seeing that scene raw. Me, I'de like to see the Dr. Jeckyl blubber test again; the one where they squeeze the blubber computer model through a donught. It was hilarious. Quote
guyverfanatic Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 Maybe we should hold out for a director's cut with better extras... Quote
*Jess♥ Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 this reminds me of what happened with spiderman... its all about money isn't it? Quote
guyverfanatic Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 this reminds me of what happened with spiderman...its all about money isn't it? When is it not? BTW, when was a Van Helsing 2 planned? Quote
*zeo Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 When is it not? Yup, they did the same thing with the Lord of the Ring series and Hellboy. Releasing the full feature extras version up to months later after everyone has gotten the plain vanilla version. But it is better than the old days where you got no extras, period. BTW, when was a Van Helsing 2 planned? No idea as I don't even think anyone is planning one yet, the rumors so far are only fan based. Quote
guyverfanatic Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 But it is better than the old days where you got no extras, period. Ah, the era of VHS.... No idea as I don't even think anyone is planning one yet, the rumors so far are only fan based. I think they made the money back from it with a small profit from theatres world wide and they'll make a money from DVD sales. I am rather skeptical of a sequel myself... Who'd he fight? Quote
Guest Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Bride of Frankenstein, creature from the black lagoon, the mummy, the blob, the boogie man, the invisible man, the lochness monster Quote
guyverfanatic Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Bride of Frankenstein, creature from the black lagoon, the mummy, the blob, the boogie man, the invisible man, the lochness monster Good point. He could fight Big Foot and the Jersey Devil too! Quote
Guest Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 The blooper reel was good though *snicker* hehehehe. Yeah, they were funny. Can't fight the mummy thought, Rick O'Connel get's to take him on in the 1900's. Maybe he'll team up with the Belmont's and take on Alucard (Adrian Farenheight Tepes). Oh, maybe he gets to take on the anti-christ. God who knows, I'd be amazed if they find someone to fight and make a story out of it. Quote
