Looks very nice. :) And that evil guys head looked really evil when he snarled.

I happen to use the old Poser 4, so I may guess this is made with Poser 5 and 3D Studio Max? ;)

Pretty good, I saw that you were trying to use morph targets for transformations, do you have any animations of that yet? Also how difficult are the max morph targets to work with? The only facial animation ive done was with maya , but since I have some characters I'm making in max I'm going to have to work with facial animation there too, so how good are morph targets in max?

The morph targets are pretty easy and effective. Im not sure if this is different from maya. the animation of snarl and smile were implimented using just 2 morph targets.

just clone your mesh, edit it to the morph that you want, apply the morphtarget modifier in the stack and then set the values using keyframes.

simple.

as for the transformation, that was nowhere near the effect i would like to have.

in max you can combine a morph target with a morph material so i would like to experiment with that before i do anymore.

sounds kinda simialer to maya, I'll have to see how simialer they are when I try

Just letting y'all know that i've done an experiment with zoa transformation.

it is in the same link at the top. ^

Take a look and let me know your opinion!

btw I like a bit of constructive criticism so if you think something could be better let me know! I won't get offended! :D
