We still don't really know just how Zoanoids are named. Presumably the scientists decide on a name, either individually as a sort of recognition if they were mainly responsible for some new type, or as a committee; or maybe it's the Zoalords' privilege. Thing is, most names don't seem to make much sense. Even in Japanese. So... how would you name Zoanoid types if they had to have English, somewhat descriptive names - ie, supervillain names, kind of 90's style?
