Looks like in the New series they are showing the enhanced aglity and speed when Guyver 1 and Guyver 2 were having thier little fight.

Yeah I am in Oki and have been watching the new Guyver series. So far soo good. The new graphics are great and the story seems to be darker.

I agree that Agito did place Zecktole there in that spot but to be able to fire at him with any acurcy he would have to be able to see him at that range so maybe the guyver has a sniper mode or something. the radar theory sounds good but hey I am throwing out ideas here and theries on how they guyver would see and input combat data to the host. I am seeing what the other people in here have their own ideas about the subject. i am just going off the concept that this is a combat armor of sorts so it would be able to see the enmy no matter what and at differant ranges with ease. I made a RPG version of the Guyver for Rifts an i think that i did a good job of it. For mecha the Guyver is probaly one of the most powerful combat armors there is.

Another way to look at this comparing a male guyver to a female guyver is males have about 50% more muscle than a female. Our stamina is more than a female. But it has ben proven that a female has better reflexes and reaction time than a male. So we would see a smaller guyver not as strong as a male version but faster and more agile. Or what ever is 100 times the hosts physical ablities are. So if we had a athletic female she would be more deadly than most other males who think becasue females are the weaker sex. i have sparred enough with females that you never underestimate you openant. hopefully i dont sound that i am one sided on this subject but i am trying to give both sides as i see it. i have seen alot since i have joined the Marines and our physical training standerds are differant. Even through Cpl's and Sgt course alot of the physical training we did alot of the females could not keep up with the male students. Most made the female standered but a few could come close to the male standerds. it would be intersting to see a good fanfic about a female guyver that dont make her more powerful than the male counter parts. if any could show me the way toa good female guyver fanfic i would appreciate it.

I would say it would depend on what shape the female was in. Men have more physical stamina than females. Now women do have better reaction time and reflexes than men so i would say the agility and reflexes might be more but then it depends on what the host can do.

Rember in the first animie series that Guyver 3 shot at Zektole with the head laser for 1000 meters or more. So in basics it has to give telescopic sight plus Sho was able to fight the Zoniods in the warehouse which was petty dark in there. Fighting dark areas with out NVG's are hard which i can say from experiance as i spent my first enlistment as Infantry in the Marines. I would think they would have a HUD or something in their sight feeding comabt data to them. Mabe i have read IronMan comics too much among other mecha type charecters I like alot. I was woundering what ever one elses feedback would be on this subject would be. Kinda need all this info for the RPG gasme i am putting together out in Kuwait becasue my group are becoming Guyvers and will continue to meeting the creators and will find out if they are hostile or not.

Neo1234 I agree with most of everyone's ideas around here but I agree with Seven the most that given time and with the host will the unit will evlove and become more powerful. Since the series didnt continue there is alot of unanswered questions we all have but the Giga unit to me shows it can evolve to become more powerful to a threat to the host and to the guyver itself. i am beginning to write my own fanfiction and the charecters in it thier Guyver's will become more powerful over time and their design will evolved based on the host natural combat ablities. i am curious how much programing the CM has an what type of skills it teaches the host or the fact that when in selfdefnse mode with out the host it becomes to its max potential as a warrior. If you guys know how to contact the creator of the Guyver series then we should just ask him about it. In my opion any weapon should be able to upgrade itself or in this case evolve since it is a living creature. That is the fun thing about meeting differant people who like the animie series we all have our own ideas and views and the fact we see things in differant ways. With the group of writers and artist present we could rewrite or add on to the original idea. On Wetworks rember towards the end of the series the symbiot did change the host at the end other than being body armor for them. One became a Werewolf like charecter, anothe one could use his Chi better and Dozer became a mound of muscle which was killing him becasue his heart couldnt handle the strain. My buddy in school read the series and i read what I could. I just know that Wetworks among others are metioned in my research i have done for differant RPG charecters I have made using Symbiont charecters. I wish the kept that series going they had some intersting plots in their stories.

Ok here is a basic topic for everyone that i have not seen What does the guyver see and is thier a HUD in the vision. Does unit have access to UV< infra red, thermal, night vision ect?

This is my view on this topic. Yes the orginal Guyver Sho who everyone bases thier charecters off of did evolve his unit with the Giga unit. Now i have read all i can on the guyver from comics plus the animie series they have out. Rember the Guyver is a symbiont armor that enhances the host and increases thier potential as a warrior. So depending on the hosts skills depends on how effective the change is. Rember Sho is a basic student with basic fighting skills. Lisker was a hand to hand combat expert and as Guyver 2 his fighting skills became more dealdy. As the comics show that Sho gets better at his hand to hand combat skills. So yes the unit can evolve an yes it will change the host by enhancing his natural skills and ablities. I like reading the fanfics you have made. I have been reading them for about 2 yrs now. I could get more info but since i am deployed in Kuwait i cannot acces what i have gathered on the guyver. Basicaly look at other heroes in comics who have symboint armor an see what it does to protect the host from harm ir, Wetworks, Vemon, Carnage an a few others have evolved an enhanced thier host. Rember the basic is around how the Guyver enhances the host to become the perfect weapon so stronger the host the stronger the Guyver. In Sho's case he has a strong will to live and to surrive an to protect his friends so he becomes stronger. The CM has in it who knows what for battle tactics but it seems to know how to access weapons and to use them when the host or it is in danger so it has some sort of basic thought process maybe even more. But any way please write more on your stories casue i need something very good to read out here in kuwait.
