Pretty much what the title says, I'm following the instructions but I can not get validated for some reason. What should I do? I just want to buy some volumes that I'm missing.

Strange it keeps telling me that I'm not. It keeps saying I don't have permission to do this or that, can I at least buy Volume 29-31?

if it's telling you you don't have permission, it could be simply your user group. member is not allowed to do some things. member+ has those restrictions removed.

it's to stop new members abusing certain features.

all you have to do is make 5 posts to increase your rank.
