I made an awesome tattoo with my beloved character from Guyver manga:

The tattoo master is in love with her himself, so it cost me little. He even made a painting on paper while training before making an actual tattoo:

 

 

I also want to make one with Yoshiki Takaya portrait on my back, but I think I need to go to the gym first (his face is too big for my skinny back).

Is face may be a little rotund, but i'm sure you can fit it if you have someone with good micro detail doing the job. By the way, happy april fools. =P
