One of Khan's two Disciple Zoalords; I haven't transcribed the parts of my fanfic where she and her brother - Khan's other Disciple Zoalord - appear, but I've got a fair bit of it written down.

Her cape attaches both to her back, and the underside of her bracers, and is meant to be made of a gauzy, semi-transparent silk, but that's a bit hard to get across in the medium I work with.
