daveblackeye152 Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Simple question. I've noticed that about once a year a new Guyver book will come out in Japan. For a while I thought Takaya released the manga weekly for a while until a certain point. I also thought that he stopped for a while. Now I'm thinking he released each issue monthly. Can any clear this up for me? I've assumed that he quickly refined his drawing style within the first four books which amazed me. But if he did it monthly then it took him two years to reach that level. Quote
largo Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 From what I've heard from Drag-5(Ryuki for those that know him by that on japan-legend) a new chapter post appears every month or so when Takaya isn't taking a brake so that's what I figure. Quote

The Guyver is serialized in Monthly Shonen Ace for Kadokawa Shoten. I also mention this in the FAQ for the newbs Quote
daveblackeye152 Posted October 4, 2007 Author Posted October 4, 2007 Guess I skipped the monthly part when I read it. This is just crazy I mean a kid could have started reading and now be a dad. Hopefully he'd still be reading it. Crazy. Looks like this is one series that's good to get into late. Quote
