Ok, I once posted this awhile back but hackers got to it.

The regeneration of the Guyver is aactually impressive as well as know. Guyvers seem to regenerate small cuts and scrapes in less than a minute and massive chest wounds within a few. Guyver1 when he had his chest impaled by Enzyme 1, noticed how fast his chest was healing. In a fight like that minutes seem like hours. So it probably wasn't that long. Then when Guyver 3 had one of his chest plates destroyed by Gaster, it took longer but noticeable.

My point is that Guyvers seem to regenerate thousands of times faster than a human can.

But now we go to the Warrior Guyver. Let's assume that to regenerate an arm takes about 15 minutes. That's just an low assumption based on the amount of mass that can be regenerated in a given timeframe. So we got:

Warrior Guyver: 1.5 minutes

Warrior Guyver 2: 45 seconds

Zues: 9 seconds

Dreadnought: .9 to 2.25 seconds

So Dreadnought can regenerate his arm in less than a second. This might be in reality a bit slower because of his greater mass, but it does show something. If a Guyver can regenerate fast enough, it does not matter how durable he is, he'll regenerate the damage faster than he can get damaged.

So what your saying it doesn't matter how strong there armor is. What really matters is their regenration rate. Kind of like w'kar in the beginning how he was pretty weak but his regeneration was insane.

Not really. That was an extension of the what I was talking about.

What I mean is that zoalords actually have regeneration similar to their power levels. But they also have similar damage resistence to a human. But the Guyver has incredible regeneration. Not only can the Guyver regenerate any damage but thousands times faster than a human.

Though it should be curious that when a Guyver is regenerating from a few cells on the control medal is seems to regenerate far faster than a chest wound.

Also, W'Kar's regeneration was insane because is was faster than anyone. But it's only around 30 to 200x faster than a normal Guyver.
