I just bought this on dvd and I enjoyed it but, it felt kinda dumb even for the Friday the 13th movies. I was bugged how silly it seemed to have all these college age people talking scientific when it sounds so fake. And that android chick... I dunno about her.

Best scene in this movie was when Uber Jason beat the "virtual girls" to death in their sleeping bags. Man, that's funny stuff.

Yes, it was low on the believability scale. Though it was funny to see Lisa Ryder play the part of the Android instead of Lexa Doig (TV series Andromeda reference). Plus the nanotech enhanced Jason was interesting, though predictable.

But as you said the VR scenes were funny.

Well the android chick wasn't that believable as a badass fighter, but the movie is still fun anyway.

Really I thought it sucked, as a Jason/Friday the 13th movie, but dominated as a comdey.

In my opinion, Freddy vs Jason was way better.

But yeah, Jason killing the virtual girls was funny.

AMEN! But Freddy Vs Jason was much funnier. But as always, this Jason X is a dumb, and I use that word heavyly, movie!
