Minor update of site & board

Added a new frames setting for the board so there is a link back to the main site and some transformers avatars.

Next Leigh's site has been moved to the WG.com sever along with the old versions of the WG-Fic site.

Oh yea and the FAQ section has been finally updated for WG.com.
