Okay, so I know that there are more Hyper-Zoanoids then the one's listed, however I couldn't remember them all and they all seem to have died off relatively quickly in the manga with hardly any character development. If yours is not listed please feel free to post your favorite and list why.

Zx-Tole.

I thought he looked the coolest and was the strongest of the Hyper Zoanoid Team 5. Also because he was more or less stand alone and didn't need always need the help of his fellow colleagues.

Derzerb. Fire is cool.

But seriously, when I think of 'backstory' for the 5, I usually default to him. I don't know why. Because he's the only black Zoanoid we've seen so far?

Gaster also interests me because of his missile ability. Talk about cutting loose. Special delivery!

Mine was Thancrus too, followed by the not-so new anymore Hyper-Zoanoid that was like him. Whose left arm was a massive claymore-like vibration sword and was easily killed off by G-II F. I forgot who he was though. Anyways I've always liked Thancrus from the first moment I saw him in the OVA, I just thought his battleform was cool and I've always been partial to fast-attack type of characters. Even in fighting games I've always liked the fast type. Like Chip from Guilty Gear X as just one example, and it's the same in anime. Same reason why I like Hiei, so naturally Thancrus would be a no-brainer for me  :neko:

Just wish he would of had more screen time and not have been killed off so soon and easily.

His name was never revealed. Never got a data file, nor did the other three guys. I really would have liked to know more about the guy whose entire torso was one huge bioblaster.

I thought I was the only one who loved Thancrus! Such a criminally underused character and design. Was gutted when he was the first to die in all media of the Guyver.

I'll take pity and give the Branchai Bros an honorable mention since their individual forms look pretty awesome, especially the head part

And Thancrus takes the lead! I thought I was the underdog here, who liked Thancrus. I personally think he was probably the best Hyper-Zoanoid created to face a Guyver, and it sucks he died so easily. I dunno, I wish he had more screen time.

Derzerb was the strongest hyper zoanoid by strength. I think I can say he's stronger than Zerbebuth who claimed to be 10x gregole strength in the anime who could lift a tank.

I definitely choose Derzerb.

Yeah... the tank-lifting thing...

Gregole is supposed to be fifteen times as strong as a human. Say a healthy, adult male who doesn't work out excessively can heft a hundred kilograms. That would allow him to lift a ton and a half, which does not justify the lifting of a tank. Even though we've seen him do it.

And did Zerbebuth claim to be ten times as as strong as Gregole? I remember he claimed to be three times as strong... (checks) Yeah, that's what the wikia says, too. And it states that Derzerb, for his part, is 60 times as strong as a human.

I wonder how strong the Enzyme-types were. Enzyme I seemed easily the equal of the Guyver. And some of the more recent Hyper-Zoanoid types would seem to have to be even stronger. And what about the Libertus, and the Unus?

Well I thought the Enzyme types were technically "Guyver-Killers" or "Anti-Guyver" Zoanoids and not Hypers. As far as the Libertus and Unus, are they considered to be Hypers? I thought they were completely unique and different from Hypers. Answering only to Griselda and Guyot respectively and being able to butcher Hypers as well; with relative ease I might add.

That's what I'm saying. I thought that the Guyver Killer or Anti-Guyver was an actual type. Sense their blood can actually dissolve the flesh of a guyver, they die from their own optimization, are completely mindless (requiring a high telepathic Hyper or Lord to instruct them) and can be mass produced, I thought they wouldn't be considered as Hypers. Didn't the invisible Hyper-Zoanoid who could create barriers, control Enzyme III's against the battle of G II-F? I don't know, I just considered the Enzyme types to be in their own class, different from the others. Same as the Libertus and Unus. They wouldn't be lost numbers sense they can be mass produced as well, but they are more powerful than Hypers. Some sort of higher type I guess.

Thancrus. partly because he was such a design that was both cool and silly. He's both deadly and impractical to the point that he can't open a door, a can, or even go to the bathroom without chopping someone off. Stick some pants on him, and watch him struggle trying to take them off while in Zoanoid form.
