Matt Bellamy Posted June 13 Posted June 13 Looks like my silly prediction came true... new Figma releases for Guyver 3 and Gigantic Dark! And colored Guyver Giganitc! Also weirdly, Gigantic Darks eyes are colored... The only downside that a number of people have noticed, is that the scale of the Gigantic's seems to be off... When they showed the first proto-type, it was in scale... But now they seem to be similar in scale to what the BFC MAX line used. HOPFULLY it is just something weird about the pictures... But it is concerning. Also some new shots of the Titanomachina crossover with Guyver. Better shots of the arm blade design, which I am much happier with. 2 1 Quote
Destroyer Guyver Posted June 13 Posted June 13 I really like that Guyver 3 figma, Gigantic Dark only having his eyes coloured makes him look incredibly grumpy for some reason. Still don't like the Titanomachina crossover stuff though. Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 More pics, this time officially from Max Factory Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 I did a mock up of the possible new scale of the Gigantic figures. Hopefully they aren't this bad... But certainly not in scale anymore. Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 Or, maybe forget that... lol... Just saw a new pic from the side... And though tiny... They do look to be in scale. For reference I always use Guyver 1's control metal, and the Gigantics waist orb. G1's control metal should just be below it... And this image suggests it still is. Quote
jerrygoodman Posted June 14 Posted June 14 I'm hoping this means we'll finally see some activity for the main story again... Quote
PowerofGuyver Posted June 14 Posted June 14 So many Guyver toys. And yet....Guyver II is always missing. 2 Quote
Matt Bellamy Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 A new shot of something we barely saw in another pic... A Proto-type Dark Hero Guyver figure? What's with all the question marks Max? It looks like there is already added articulation in the elbows... 2 Quote

I can only assume all the questions marks mean "maybe" perhaps they're gauging interest at the event to see if there is any demand for this figure. Quote
Bio-Boosted Dude Posted June 15 Posted June 15 That Dark Hero mystery prototype looks great. So nice to see all the details of the suit so clearly. Here's some other pics I found on twitter of Smile Fest, including some better shots of Takaya's and Max Watanabe's words. That last board with text talks about the publishing of the old vinyl BFC line and various photos that were taken to re-create scenes from the manga. I wonder where those images were originally published. You can use Google Lens to get some very rough translations of various captions which is pretty fun! 3 Quote
durendal Posted June 16 Posted June 16 Welcoming the 40th anniversary would be nice with a new chapter. 1 1 Quote

I completely missed it, and just had it pointed out... That Steve Wang noted in the Guyver Geek interview he did about 4 months ago that Max factory was doing it... I can't believe I missed that. 2 Quote
*guyverfan Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Did anyone else catch that!? I think something's coming. 'Wait, its still going' Quote
Bio-Boosted Dude Posted June 24 Posted June 24 I'd like to manage your expectations and say I'm pretty sure he's just referring to the fact that figures are still coming out. As in the release of Guyver figures is "still going" 1 Quote
