undyinglight Posted March 12, 2022 Share Posted March 12, 2022 BASTARD‼ -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy- is based on the long running manga of the same name by Kazushi Hagiwara. Started in 1987 Bastard!! Is famous for its jaw dropping art work and long hiatuses. Bastard!! Has been on hiatus since 2010 and now the franchise is seemingly back from the dead with a new anime covering the complete manga run up to this point and a new figurine set. This is truly an exciting prospect! If Bastard!! Could have an exciting resurgence out of nowhere...then why not Guyver? If you are unfamiliar with Bastard!! I highly recommend giving it a go!
